How we use your business details

Who we are

What we hold and where it comes from

Only business information that is already public: your business name, address, phone number, opening hours, reviews and photos from your Google listing or your website, the business email address published there and, for UK companies, the company record on Companies House. We don't buy lists and we don't use personal email addresses.

Why

To build a free preview of a website for your business and to write to you about it, at most three times. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR): offering a service relevant to your business, in a way you can stop with one reply.

Your preview

The preview page isn't listed on search engines. We count visits to it, so we know whether you've seen it. It's deleted after 30 days, or straight away if you ask.

How long we keep it

• If you don't reply, we delete your details within 6 months.
• If you ask us to stop, we delete everything except your email address, which stays on a do-not-contact list so we never write to you again.
• If you become a client, we keep what's needed to work together.

Who else sees it

No one we sell or give it to. Our email and website are hosted by Hostinger, which processes the data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to being contacted, by replying to any email or writing to info@fmagencyai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) in Italy.
